Truth be told, they DO make a lot of money from their plugs. Those aren't cheap, you know (and they're actually good) A question so far: The 303 meter dash actually needs a real 303? and you only have to send the acid line + automation, no drums or anything? |

With the 303 meter dash I believe you can use other acid-ey synths and 303 clones as well as a real 303 (if you're lucky enough to own one!) I use the Taurus from smartelectronix a lot as a bassline synth, it's more of a moog synth sim but it has plenty of croakiness about it and the legato sounds sweet  |
